Make your own pan of Gluten-free sourdough focaccia. You will get a half sheet pan, recipe, info on sourdough packet, your own dough to shape and decorate in class to let it rise and bake it at home. There will be samples to try in class. Learn all about Gluten-free sourdough process, feeding a starter, best practices and tips and tricks. There will be dried gluten-free sourdough starter available for sale, if you want to do sourdough at home.

This is an in-person, instructor-led class held at My New Favorite Thing – 4755 Dixie Highway, Waterford, MI 48329.
