Kimekomi Ornament Workshop!

Join us for a fun and creative Kimekomi Workshop! You’ll get to design and create your own ornament using fabric, ribbons and other embellishments.

Never tried Kimekomi before? No worries! This unique Japanese art form involves tucking colorful pieces of fabric into carefully cut designs on a foam ornament ball to create a beautiful, textured work of art—almost like painting with fabric! If you’ve tried one of our Kinusaiga workshops, this is just like that.

We’ll guide you through the process, and you’ll have plenty of time to get creative, relax, and make your design your own. Best of all, you’ll leave with your very own Kimekomi masterpiece to display on your tree.

Come have some fun, get crafty, and let’s paint with fabric!

Your class is located at 5221 Highland Rd in Waterford at our new Creative Studio conveniently situated in a strip mall-style setting just across the courtyard from our new retail boutique — only a few short steps away! Guests will enjoy ample parking nearby including several handicap-accessible spaces and a handicap ramp for easy, comfortable access to the studio.
