Make cooking fun!! Come learn how to make your “food “work for your life style.
Learn some quick meal solutions, you will learn how to stretch multiple meals from one chicken, making a menu for the week, learning the staples to keep on hand.
Reinventing leftovers, freezing your meals, making one pot meals & clever tips to avoid wasting food when you shop smart. I will have lots of meal demos showing lots of ideas for you to revamp your meals, from planning your menu to making great small meals and salads with meat, you will also receive recipes and tip sheets, you will enjoy cooking again.
Cancellation policy No refunds, you may sign up in a different class of mine if there is room in the class.

Your workshop registration does not include admission to the Canterbury event itself. If you would like to stay and enjoy the rest of the village after your class, simply visit the front gate to purchase admission for the day.
