3/11 Sprouting Class with Alaina from Sprout Bake

Sprouts are delicious and healthy. They provide live enzymes and pack a nutritious punch. They are easy to sprout in glass jars right on your kitchen countertop. Sprouting decreases the amount of phytic acid found in beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, and grains. Phytic acid interferes with important micronutrient absorption and is difficult for our bodies to break down, thus causing digestive distress. We are what we absorb, not what we eat! Learn this simple way to sprout seeds on your kitchen countertop! Please bring a quart-size mason jar (no lid needed) and you’ll go home with seeds to sprout and share with your family.
