We’re getting excited about 2024 Independence Fest, and we want you to be involved!
Each year we celebrate our community’s Independence with a huge festival at
Clintonwood Park. We would like to invite you to support the event and give the
opportunity to take part of Independence Fest! Last year, our attendance was.
upwards of 15,000 for the entire day and we are very excited to welcome another large crowd this year!
This community tradition includes kids’ activities, family picnic, food vendors, Veterans Celebration ceremony including Military Museum and classic car show, art festival, and live entertainment. The day is topped off by incredible professional fireworks.
My New Favorite Thing will be hosting the Michigan Market portion of Independence Fest this year. We are looking for Vendors, Crafters, Young Entrepreneurs and Michigan Business to join us. This year we will be adding “Make and Take” workshops as well. This is a Family Fun Day with many activities planned throughout the day. We are looking for Face painting, Henna and any other things that will be a fit for the event. Click on the link below for the application for the event.

- Artists Booth/ Make and Take Workshop: $50 (10’x10′)
- Artist Double Booth: $100 (20’x10′)
- Young Entrepreneurs: $25.00. (Under 18 years old)
LATE REGISTRATION DETAILS (May 1st or after)
- Artists Booth/Make and Take Workshop: $55 (10’x10′)
- Artist Double Booth: $110 (20’x10′)
- Young Entrepreneurs: $30.00.
