Come join me in making strawberry honey butter very similar to jam and jelly. Just more purée. Excellent on toast and English muffins!!!! You will watch me, demonstrate step-by-step, this water bath tanning process and you will each receive a jar of the strawberry jam that we make in class. You will also be making your very own strawberry  or blueberry butter. You will dice up your strawberries and whip up your butter put them in your butter and shape it. Come you’re very own homemade jam!!

You will receive two small jars of the jam recipes and get to take home your whipped butter.
